UAE visa questions.

It depends on your passport. US and UK citizens, among others, get a free visa on arrival for up to 30 days. Many other passports need an eVisa in advance, and that is what we handle.

Yes. The eVisa is issued by the UAE federally, so it covers all seven emirates including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.

Extensions are possible in country, usually once, for a further 30 days. It is normally cheaper to apply for the 60-day visa up front if you know your dates.

Two to three weeks before departure is comfortable. Approvals are often faster, but the visa is only valid for 60 days from issue, so applying too early wastes validity.
